First, it is essential to recognize that the current generation of LLMs cannot replace expert human reviewers. Despite their capabilities, LLMs cannot exhibit in-depth scientific reasoning. Analyzing Google News data from 2023 for 113 universities, it was found that universities with stronger CS programs tend to appear in more ChatGPT-related news. Although geographic region was also studied, its impact was less significant. Statistical analysis confirmed that the strength of the CS program is a key predictor, while location has a smaller effect.
